Product Description:
The 131B7535 AC drive is produced by Danfoss as part of the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. It regulates the speed of induction motors used in air-handling units, pumps, and compressors in building automation systems. Variable-speed operation allows airflow and pressure to follow process demand while reducing unnecessary motor energy use. Within an automation panel, the drive connects to building-management controllers through the terminal arrangement used across this product series.
The drive accepts a line supply of 380–480 VAC and operates with three-phase power, allowing connection to common industrial distribution networks within that voltage range. An integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter limits conducted radio-frequency emissions and supports compliance with applicable electromagnetic compatibility requirements. The IP20 chassis enclosure provides basic protection against accidental finger contact when the drive is installed inside a suitable switchgear cabinet. The unit supports normal cabinet mounting for A, B, and C mechanical frames, positioning the heat sink within the cabinet airflow path. Standard cable entries allow power and control conductors to pass through metric openings aligned with compatible gland plates.
The drive has no brake chopper, so applications requiring controlled dissipation of regenerated energy must use an appropriate external system arrangement. No A, B, D, or mains option is installed, and Adaptation B does not add a modified feature set. The C0 and C1 option slots are vacant, leaving them without installed option cards. The unit is supplied with no local control panel, so parameter access and operating commands must be provided through compatible remote tools or external controls. Its control electronics use an uncoated printed circuit board, making clean, filtered cabinet air important for reliable operation. The drive uses the 102 series identifier within the VLT HVAC Drive product group. The Standard Language Pack supplies the available interface language set when a compatible access method is connected.
