Product Description:
The FC-301PK75T2134G0679 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 301 Automation Drives series within the VLT AutomationDrive FC group. The unit converts constant mains power into a modulated output that controls motor speed and torque according to commands from a PLC or hardwired contacts. When installed in pump, fan, or conveyor stations, it provides compact motor control that can reduce energy consumption and mechanical wear in industrial automation systems.
At 230 V, the drive has an apparent power rating of 1.83 kVA. Under those operating conditions, it draws a continuous line current of 4.1 A and supplies 4.60 A to the connected motor. Its efficiency at rated current is 0.95, which limits heat generation during continuous operation. The control section accepts up to 28 V DC through its four programmable digital inputs. Vector control supports an output frequency of up to 300 Hz in maximum-flux mode, while open-loop operation can reach 590 Hz. The drive provides an overload capacity of 160% for one minute every 10 minutes, allowing it to accommodate brief increases in motor demand. It operates exclusively from a three-phase power source within the 200–240 VAC input range.
At maximum electrical load, the inverter dissipates 54 W of heat into the enclosure, allowing cabinet ventilation to be planned around a modest thermal load. The nominal shaft power is 0.75 kW, making the drive suitable for small-frame induction motors used in light industrial machinery. Shielded motor leads may extend up to 50 m, while unshielded leads may extend up to 75 m without exceeding the applicable switching rise-time or electromagnetic compatibility limits. These permitted cable lengths provide flexibility when the motor and its terminal box must be mounted away from the drive enclosure.
