Product Description:
The FC-301P37KT4134L2694 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 301 Automation Drives series. The unit converts fixed-frequency three-phase mains power into a variable output for controlling induction motors. Industrial controllers can use this output to regulate motor speed, torque, and energy consumption in conveyors, pumps, and general motion applications.
The drive can deliver up to 50.6 kVA of apparent power, representing the combined real and reactive load that it may place on the supply network. During operation on 380–440 V lines, the input current reaches 66 A, while the permitted mains range of 380–480 VAC covers common low-voltage plant grids. The output current capability is 73 A, matching the thermal rating of the IGBT stage and allowing full torque at low speed. Continuous power dissipation is limited to 697 W, so normal cabinet airflow is usually sufficient for cooling. The controller tolerates a mains imbalance of 3.0% and accepts digital logic signals up to 28 V DC. It also withstands overvoltage category III transients without additional surge arresters. The displacement power factor remains above 0.98, while a true power factor of at least 0.9 helps limit reactive demand on the supply.
The drive has a power rating of 37 kW, providing the capacity required for midsized production equipment. Energy consumption is reduced by an efficiency rating of 0.98. One power-up per minute is permitted, helping prevent repeated starting cycles from overstressing the internal capacitors. High-speed feedback counters handle pulse signals up to 110 kHz for precise encoder or flowmeter inputs. Shielded motor cable may extend up to 50 m, while unshielded cable may extend up to 75 m without exceeding the stated electromagnetic compatibility limits. The three-phase power topology supports integration with common industrial power systems and motor-control equipment.
