The FC-301P30KT4131B6434 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 301 Automation Drives series. It belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and is designed to control three-phase induction motors in industrial conveyors, fans, and pump stations. By synthesizing variable-frequency power from the plant’s 380–480 VAC supply, the unit provides controlled motor torque and speed across changing process demands. Its compact chassis installs inside standard control panels and communicates with PLCs through the parameter structure used by the series.
Under nominal conditions, the inverter delivers a continuous apparent power of 42.3 kVA at 400 V. When connected to a 380–440 V supply, it draws 55 A of continuous input current and supplies 61 A to the motor. The power module is rated for 30 kW on three-phase distribution. Efficiency at rated current is 0.98, which helps limit thermal dissipation to 570 W. The accepted input range extends from 380 to 480 VAC, and the drive is intended for three-phase power networks. In flux mode, the controller supports an output frequency of up to 300 Hz. The brake chopper engages at 778 V DC, while a high-voltage warning appears at 810 V DC and an overvoltage trip occurs at 820 V DC. For high-speed processes, the drive supports a maximum output frequency of 590 Hz, allowing oversynchronous spindles to operate above their fundamental speed. The internal series identifier is 301, which allows the drive to use the parameter organization associated with other FC 301 components.
