Product Description:
The FC-301P1K1T2134L2964 is a variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss and supplied in the VLT FC 301 Automation Drives series. Within an automated plant, it converts fixed-frequency three-phase mains power into a regulated output that allows controllers to adjust induction motor speed for conveyors, pumps, and material-handling equipment. The drive is part of the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and carries the internal series identifier 301. It also provides a 0/4–20 mA analog output so external instruments can monitor operating parameters without additional transducers.
The inverter has a rated motor output of 1.1 kW, which is equivalent to 1.5 HP, and it can deliver a rated motor current of 6.6 A. It accepts a mains supply of 200–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz ±5%, with a permissible phase imbalance of 3% of the nominal voltage. On the output side, the drive produces frequencies from 0 to 590 Hz. In flux mode, it maintains magnetic control over a frequency range of 0 to 300 Hz. Output voltage is regulated between 0% and 100% of the supply voltage, accommodating motors with different nameplate ratings. The drive supports shielded motor cables up to 50 m long and unshielded cables up to 75 m long, helping limit reflected-wave stress. It is designed for three-phase power networks and routes heat through a baseplate-mounted heat sink.
Input current reaches 5.9 A, and overall efficiency reaches 0.96 at rated current, limiting full-load power loss to 63 W. A true power factor of ≥0.9 keeps reactive power demand low and reduces unnecessary loading on the upstream transformer. The analog output can transmit process feedback to external monitoring devices during operation. Heat transferred through the baseplate must be considered when arranging enclosure airflow and mounting clearances. The permitted phase imbalance helps the drive tolerate moderate supply variations while maintaining controlled motor operation.
