The FC-301P11KT4E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an adjustable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 301 Automation Drives series. It sits between a plant’s three-phase mains supply and motor terminals, allowing control systems to vary shaft speed, ramp times, and torque for conveyors, pumps, fans, and other industrial equipment. By converting a fixed input frequency into a variable output frequency, the drive can reduce energy consumption when a motor does not need to operate continuously at full speed. Controlled acceleration and deceleration also reduce mechanical stress on connected motors, couplings, and driven machinery.
The drive has a continuous output rating of 11 kW, which is equivalent to 15 HP. Its power stage accepts line supplies from 380–480 VAC and operates with three-phase power, allowing direct connection to common industrial feeders. The chassis-mounted enclosure has an IP20 chassis protection level, providing basic protection against accidental finger contact when the unit is installed inside a closed cabinet. Standard cable entries accommodate gland-plate installation and help organize incoming power, motor, and control wiring. The menu system uses a standard language package for local setup and operation. The drive has uncoated printed circuit boards, so additional protection may be necessary in locations with high humidity, condensation, or corrosive airborne contaminants.
An integrated RFI Class A1/B filter attenuates conducted electrical noise that could otherwise return to the mains supply. Local operation and parameter editing are performed through the Graphical Local Control Panel, which provides a visual interface for reviewing operating values and changing drive settings. The baseline configuration does not include A, B, C0, C1, software C, or D option modules. It is also supplied without a mains option or brake chopper, so external equipment may be required when an application needs additional line-side functions or dynamic braking capability. The drive retains the standard cable-entry pattern used for its chassis arrangement, while its series identifier remains 301. Adaptation B is not applied to this configuration.
