Product Description:
The FC-3019P75T4E662XGX3SXSXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 301 Automation Drives series. Inside an automated plant, the unit converts fixed-frequency mains power into a pulse-width-modulated output, allowing controllers to vary induction motor speed and torque according to process demand. This control method can reduce unnecessary energy consumption when the connected motor does not need to operate continuously at full speed. Its sealed housing supports direct machine mounting, allowing the drive to operate with conveyors, pumps, and material-handling axes without requiring a separate protective enclosure.
The drive accepts input from 380–480 VAC utility lines, making it compatible with common 400 V industrial networks. It is designed for three-phase power, which balances the rectifier load and reduces current ripple during operation. An enclosure rating of IP66 / NEMA 4X protects the electronics against dust ingress, water jets, and demanding washdown conditions. The C-option slot is supplied without a software option, leaving that position available when the application does not require an additional control package. Field conductors enter through standard cable glands, allowing commonly available metric fittings to be used while maintaining the enclosure seal. Properly tightened glands also provide strain relief for incoming power and control wiring.
The lack of a C1 EMC option means that an external filter is required when the installation must comply with Category C1 emission limits. Local keypad operation is omitted through the absence of a local control panel, so configuration and operating commands must be handled through control terminals or a compatible remote operator panel. This arrangement allows the user interface to be positioned away from the drive when direct access to the mounted unit is limited. The installed standard language pack provides the default multilingual menu set when a compatible operator interface is connected. Control terminals can also receive external speed references, start commands, and status signals from the surrounding automation system. The sealed front surface remains uninterrupted by an integrated keypad, helping preserve protection in dusty or wet operating areas.
