The Danfoss 131B1932 is a small configurable drive VLT FC 301 Automation Drives which is able to control the variable speed motors used for refrigeration and cooling purposes. This unit works with 12-24V DC and 100-240V AC at 50/60Hz. It is intended to power a variety of systems, which makes it very adaptive to different power systems. The 131B1932 drive is a universal unit as it can operate with both AC and DC power sources, ensuring flexibility with regards to the surrounding installation.

The 131B1932 drive is specially designed to be integrated into compressors and has an evaporating temperature suitability range of −30°C to 0°C, bringing vast usefulness for low temperature refrigeration appliances. With a maximum refrigerant charge capacity of 300g, the driver can withstand a free gas volume of 870 cm³ within the compressor. The unit is filled with 150 cm³ polyester and can withstand long term efficient lubrication and reliability. At 137 mm in height and 4.3 kg in weight for the compressor unit (and 0.25 kg in weight for the electronic unit), the 131B1932 is compact and light thus easy to integrate into industrial refrigeration systems. It has accurately placed connectors for suction, discharge and process lines with particular internal diameters and angles to aid in connection and installation. The internal diameters of the suction connector are 6.2 mm at 41.5°, the process connector is 6.2 mm at 45°, and the discharge connector is 5.0 mm at 21°.
