The FC-202P5K5T4E55H1TGXXOXSXXXXALBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable-frequency drive from Danfoss in the VLT FC 202 AQUA Drives series. It regulates the speed of centrifugal pumps and blowers in water supply, wastewater treatment, and related utility systems. By adjusting motor speed to match changing flow or pressure demand, the drive can reduce unnecessary energy use associated with constant-speed operation. Its control functions also support stable process operation when demand changes throughout the day.

The inverter accepts a supply of 380 – 480 VAC from a three-phase power network. It provides a motor output of up to 5.5 kW, which corresponds to 7.5 HP. The electronics are housed in an IP55 / Type 12 enclosure, which resists dust, moisture, and water spray in utility-room installations. Metric-thread cable entry is provided through Adaptation A, while the omitted Adaptation B means that no additional gland plate is installed. The printed circuit board is uncoated, so the drive should be installed where corrosive gases and chemically aggressive airborne contaminants are controlled. Local controls and communication interfaces allow the drive to be configured for pump speed regulation, process monitoring, and connection to a higher-level automation system.

A built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter limits conducted electrical interference and supports operation with shielded motor cables. Network communication is provided by a PROFINET MCA 120 card installed in option slot A, allowing cyclic command, status, and diagnostic data to be exchanged with compatible controllers. The integrated Safe Stop function removes torque-producing power from the motor when the safety input is activated; it does not mechanically brake or hold the shaft. Drive status, operating values, and parameter menus are available through the Graphical Local Control Panel. The panel uses the standard language package and provides direct access to common pump-control settings without requiring a separate display device. No holding contactor is included, so any application requiring mechanical load retention must provide an appropriate external device.
