Product Description:

The 175L2012 Variable Speed Drive from Danfoss VLT Series 3000 offers advanced control for AC motors. It supports constant and variable torque loads with flexible voltage, frequency and current configurations. It is ideal for industrial applications demanding precision and reliability.

The 175L2012 variable speed drive delivers efficient motor control for applications up to 10 HP. This model features a rated motor voltage of 200/220/230 V and supports rated motor frequencies of 50, 60, 87 and 100 Hz. The output voltage ranges from 0 to 100 % of the AC line voltage. It offers a programmable output frequency between 0 – 120 Hz or 0 – 500 Hz that ensures versatile operation. The drive allows a maximum motor cable length of 1000 feet when unshielded. It includes ramp time settings from 0.1 to 3600 seconds for smooth acceleration and deceleration. The built in thermal motor protection and thermistor protection (DIN 44081 compliant) help prevent overheating. The system supports unlimited output switching although frequent switching may cause cut-out. The control interface of the model includes a standard keyboard and display. The keyboard allows local programming and control while the display shows operating data and status.

The 175L2012 variable speed drive supports a constant load (CT) motor of up to 10 HP and a maximum motor size of 15 HP. It can operate at a continuous output current of 32.0 A and handles up to 51.2 A for 60 seconds under intermittent conditions. The continuous output is rated at 20.4 kVA while intermittent output capacity reaches 27.4 kVA. It also accommodates quadratic load (VT) applications with a nominal rating of 15 HP. This model is protected against both ground faults and short circuits.
