The 175H7272 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT 3000 Variable Speed Drives series. It modulates three-phase mains voltage to regulate induction-motor speed in conveyors, pumps, and other automated plant equipment, allowing precise torque control without mechanical throttling. Its electrical ratings are divided into constant-torque and variable-torque duty sets, allowing the drive capacity to match the operating characteristics of the connected load.
In constant-torque service, the drive delivers a nominal output of 7.5 kW with a corresponding apparent load of 12.6 kVA and an output current of 14.5 A. For variable-torque loads, the unit supplies 11.0 kW with a corresponding apparent load of 18.8 kVA and provides up to 21.7 A. The higher variable-torque capacity is suitable for equipment whose torque demand changes with operating speed.
