The 175H7239 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss as part of the VLT 3000 Variable Speed Drives series. It converts fixed three-phase line power into a modulated output so induction motors can run at commanded speed and torque levels. By managing motor flux electronically, the drive supports energy-efficient control of pumps, fans, and conveyor equipment across general automation duties. Within cabinet installations, it pairs with PLCs and process controllers where precise motor coordination is required.
The unit’s enclosure rating is IP00, so it must be mounted inside a protected control panel to prevent accidental contact and dust ingress. Operating efficiency reaches 0.96, which minimizes heat losses at rated load. The input section draws 2.6 A under constant-torque duty, and the switch-on rate is limited to two operations per minute to avoid inrush stress. Nominal output capability is 2.3 kVA, with a corresponding current of 2.6 A at the motor terminals. An integrated brake function dissipates regenerated energy during rapid deceleration.
