Product Description:

The 175H4465 is a part of the VLT 3000 product series designed by Danfoss in response to customers’ increasing demand for an energy control device that is easy to configure. This unit is the perfect combination of experience and new-generation technologies. In servo systems, this product is able to supply connected motors with a continuous current of about 32 amperes, although this current can be increased to 51.2 amperes for an intermittent duration of 60 seconds. The continuous power output of this product to connected motors is 12.7 kilovolts amperes. The motors under operational control are also monitored and protected from thermal overload. The converter features a built-in electronic thermal motor protector that interprets feedback from the motor thermistor and detects the temperature levels of the motor.

The 175H4465 is an . Motors used with the product can be installed at a distance as far as 1000 feet away from the motor as long as an unshielded motor connection cable is used. Customers who require the use of a shielded motor cable should consult the manufacturer for the permissible maximum length of the motor cable. The operation of the 175H4465 under appropriate conditions guarantees an operation efficiency of about 96 per cent even when it is at 100 per cent load.

The 175H4465 frequency converter a continuous input current of 42 amperes, its recommended mains supply voltage falls between 200 to about 230 volts. The design of this unit is able to withstand relative humidity levels as high as 95 per cent, however, water condensation around the unit should be avoided. This product is available with a 1-year warranty when purchased from Wake Industrial.
