Product Description:

The 175H4135 variable speed drive by Danfoss gives motors exact control and safety. The efficient sinusoidal current flow of this drive makes sure that the motor runs smoothly. The device comes with a standard control card and is made to be easy to use and integrate in industrial automation settings.

The 175H4135 variable speed drive can manage frequencies between 0 and 500 Hz or between 0 and 120 Hz, depending on the configuration. It offers rated motor voltages of 200, 220, and 230 V and rated motor frequencies of 50, 60, 87, and 100 Hz. A thermistor to DIN 44081 and electronic thermal motor safety are built into the drive. The unit has ground fault safety and can switch the output on and off many times without making faults, so it can reliably control the motor. For flexible start and stop patterns, ramp times can be changed from 0.1 to 3600 seconds. At full load, the system has an efficiency of 0.96 and a power factor of 0.9 on the whole. It also comes with a three-wire start/stop control and can only go through two start/stop cycles per minute. The digital programmable control has advanced configuration choices that let you fine-tune how the motor works. For easy use, there are four fixed speeds, and the torque characteristics can be programmed to fit your needs.

With DC braking, the 175H4135 speed drive can stop quickly and gives you 160% of the motor's torque for short amounts of time. The system lets the user program start and slip compensation so that it works best in a variety of situations. Notably, the system is designed to have basic data settings built in, which makes setup easier. The VLT 3003 Series makes sure that different apps work reliably and efficiently.
