The 175H4135 is a variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT 3000 Variable Speed Drives series. As a solid-state converter, it takes three-phase input power and generates a controllable output frequency, allowing automation systems to regulate induction motor speed without mechanical throttling. In material-handling lines, fan arrays, or pump circuits, the unit sits between the mains supply and the motor. It executes ramp, braking, and steady-state commands issued by a PLC or stand-alone keypad, providing electronic control over acceleration, deceleration, and operating speed.
The drive provides a nominal output of 1.5 kW when connected to a 3 × 200/220/230 V network with an allowable fluctuation of ±10%. The input side draws up to 9.1 A, while the inverter can deliver 3.1 kVA of apparent power to the motor terminals with a conversion efficiency of 0.96. Under steady load, the synthesized output waveform reaches a maximum of 230 V. The chassis has an enclosure rating of IP00, so it must be installed inside a filtered cabinet that prevents contact with live components and limits exposure to contaminants.
