It converts fixed-frequency three-phase mains power into a modulated output that lets industrial controllers adjust induction motor speed and torque in pumps, fans, or conveyor sections. By regulating motor voltage and frequency, the unit supports process control while fitting into panel systems that use Danfoss drive components and fieldbus options.
The drive delivers a nominal shaft output of 1.1 kW, and in constant torque mode, it supplies a phase current of 2.8 A with an apparent power of 2.0 kVA. Overall efficiency reaches 0.96, so only 4% of the input power is dissipated as heat. Control electronics are powered by a dedicated 24 VDC rail that draws 140 mA, while the operator keypad can source reference signals from a 10 VDC potentiometer tap.
