The 175H1674 is a high performance VLT 3000 frequency converter from Danfoss Automation. This controller is a compact device IP20 device with a metallic housing that can be easily mounted inside a control cabinet and is able to withstand interference from large foreign solids. The use of the control cabinet is crucial for the proper protection of this product throughout its service life. There is a removable air blower integrated into the housing of this product. The blower is a temperature regulation device that ensures the continuous circulation of cool air inside the control cabinet. Surrounding air temperature for this product during its operation should be maintained between -10 to about 45 degrees Celsius, sufficient space should also be allowed above and below this product to ensure that cool air can easily circulate around the unit.
The 175H1674 frequency converter protects connected motors against overtemperature damage by raising an alarm when the motor winding temperature reaches a dangerous level. The ability of this unit to detect motor temperature is due to its built-in electronic thermal motor protection and integrated thermistor interface. There is a control panel in the front part of this product, the panel consists of a keyboard and a display unit. The keyboard on the panel is designed for two primary purposes: local control and programming. This display is also designed to communicate motor, converter, and application information to the operator in real-time.
