Product Description:

VACON0020-3L-003-4-X-SEE9+TQGL is a VACON 20 series three-phase industrial AC drive from Danfoss. This compact drive is packed with features that improve cost effectiveness and system performance. Parameters can be cloned between devices to speed up commissioning. The drive terminals are easy to access and DIN rail mounting provides a fast and easy method for installation. VACON 20 drives feature an integrated RS-485 interface for high-speed serial connectivity with compatible control systems. Options can be added for Profibus, Ethernet, Modbus, EtherCAT, and DeviceNet connectivity. VACON0020-3L-003-4-X-SEE9+TQGL is a three-phase drive designed for AC input at 380 to 480 Volts. An option for 2-port Ethernet is installed on the unit. Continuous current output of the drive is 2.4 Amps and the 150% overload current is 3.6 Amps.

The nominal input current drawn from the AC mains is 3.2 Amps. Power delivered to the motor shaft is 1 Horsepower or 0.75 kilowatts. Mechanical size of the unit is M11 and it weighs 0.55 kilograms. Danfoss does not permit use of VACON 20 drives with corner grounded networks. The peak short-circuit current from the supply network must be less than 50 kiloamps. The output voltage for the motor can range from 0 to the input voltage. VACON 20 drives can deliver output frequencies in the 0 to 320 Hertz range. These drives use sensorless vector control in an open-loop configuration. The default switching frequency for VACON 20 drives is 4 kilohertz and the configurable range is 1 to 16 kilohertz. Frosting is not permitted, and the drives can be used in environments where the temperature is between -10 and 40 ⁰C. This product is available with a 1-year warranty when purchased from Wake Industrial.
