Product Description:
The VACON0020-3L-0017-2+DLBR+LS60 is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VACON 20 Low Voltage Drives series. Designed for cabinet installation, the unit modulates the voltage and frequency supplied to a standard induction motor so that speed, torque, and energy use match real-time process demands in factory automation, material handling, and HVAC fan systems. It incorporates multiple analog and digital interfaces for compact motor control with basic field configuration. These interfaces support common control signals used to coordinate motor operation with other automation equipment.
The drive connects to a three-phase 208–240 V AC supply at 50/60 Hz and delivers a continuous motor current of 17.5 A while drawing 20.6 A from the mains. The inverter supports motors up to 4 kW and can provide frequencies up to 320 Hz. Speed commands can be adjusted in 0.01 Hz increments for accurate flow or pressure regulation. Two differential command channels are available, with 2 selectable voltage or current inputs and one analog output for feedback to supervisory controllers. This input and output arrangement allows the drive to receive process commands and report operating data through standard control wiring.
The logic board provides 6 digital inputs for run, direction, or preset speed commands, along with one transistor digital output for status and two relay outputs for higher-current signaling. For heavy-duty starts, the drive tolerates an overload current of 26.3 A for up to one minute. Forced ventilation moves 45 m³/h of air across the heat sink to control internal temperatures during operation. The housing has an IP21 / NEMA 1 enclosure rating suitable for clean indoor locations. Its overall dimensions are 165 × 370 × 165 mm, providing a compact footprint for small control enclosures. The assembly has a mass of 9 kg, allowing straightforward wall or DIN-rail installation within the available panel space.
