The VACON0020-3L-0003-4-CP is a compact and maintenance-free device designed for accurate automation control. It is a frequency converter that meets international standards and has been widely adopted across various industries all over the world. This product requires a connection to a three-phase mains connection, its input supply voltage should be between 380 and 480 volts and should be supplied at an input frequency that is between 46 to 66 hertz. The metallic enclosure of this converter is able to provide it with reliable protection against large foreign solids; however, since it offers little protection against dust and liquids, the unit should be mounted vertically in an additional control cabinet able to meet at least the IP54 protection category. The switching frequency of this product can be between 1 to about 16 kilohertz; however, the factory default is about 4 kilohertz.

The VACON0020-3L-0003-4-CP is integrated with a heatsink which operates together with an internal air blower to protect it from harsh environmental conditions.
