The VACON0020-1L-0004-2+DLDE is a Danfoss Automation frequency converter designed to provide reliable control, diagnosis and protection of several motors used in automation systems. The converter is a single-phase device that requires a consistent voltage supply that falls between 208 and 230 volts from its mains connection. It is an IP20 unit that requires installation inside a control cabinet able to provide it with additional protection standards. Under recommended operation conditions, this controller is maintenance free; however, customers are still advised to carry out the regular maintenance of this product to ensure trouble-free operation and enjoy a long service life. Typical maintenance actions recommended include regular checking of the tightening torques of the terminals, regular cleaning of the heatsink, and checking and cleaning of the internal cooling fans at least once a year.

After this product has been delivered, customers who do not require it for immediate use can choose to store it for as long as possible. Storage temperatures should be maintained between -40 and 70 degrees Celsius. If the VACON0020-1L-0004-2+DLDE is stored for more than 1 year without use, its capacitor should be recharged to prevent capacitance damage.
