The SS930-10000 Safety Light Curtain Controller is engineered for machine safeguarding in industrial settings. The SS930-10000 controller operates at 115 V AC input voltage with a ± 10 % tolerance. It has a typical power consumption of less than or equal to 10 watts and supports a current rating of 1 Amp. It includes Form C relay outputs with normally open and normally closed contacts. The input connections are available for both transmitter and receiver units of the safety light curtain. The control outputs are designed to interrupt machine power via safety relays that ensures fast and reliable shutdown. The status outputs are available through either LED indicators or signal outputs that allows operators to monitor system conditions easily. The enclosure of this controller is made from powder coated steel and rated IP54 for ingress protection. It is designed for surface flange mounting and includes pre drilled holes for straightforward installation. The controller operates reliably in environments with temperatures from 0 °C to + 55 °C and humidity levels between 10 % to 90 % non condensing. The controller includes self checking circuitry for continuous diagnostics during operation.
