The SS400-10084 is a remote multi point transmitter from Danaher which collects and transmits multiple data signals from distant sensors back to a central receiver or processor. It features a capacitor rated fuse to filter high frequency transients and protect it from line disturbances.
The SS400-10084 Transmitter Control Unit employs sturdy round 4 pin male connectors that are often used in industrial signal and data transmission for secure electrical coupling and maintaining signal integrity. Its operational state can be quickly checked visually with a built in status indicator port that is connected to an LED. This module's flange style sides with dedicated screw holes allow it to be securely attached to flat surfaces such as equipment racks or control panels. It includes EMI/RFI filtering components that mitigate electromagnetic and radio frequency interference and ensures clean signal transmission. This module accommodates up to 8 independent inputs that supports parallel data collection from multiple sensors or devices and also enables centralized monitoring and control in distributed systems. It comes with inline fusing to protect against power surges or electrical faults that helps isolate internal electronics from damage due to voltage spikes.
This SS400-10084 Transmitter Control Unit supports dual voltage input such as 115V / 230V AC which allows for installation in varied environments without the need for external converters or adapters. Its upper body is made from heavy duty materials so as to endure dust, moisture and physical impacts and its bright yellow color improves visibility in cluttered environments. It is featured with a self contained power regulation system such as it offers overload protection because it has transformer steps down voltage, relays manage switching logic and fuses.
