The P8101Z22210020 temperature controller is manufactured by Danaher and can accept a variety of inputs and can be configured in many ways. The machine is made to be used for process control tasks that need precise temperature control. The controller is part of the 8100+ line and can handle both control and alarm outputs.
The P8101Z22210020 temperature sensor works with 3-wire RTD PT100 and different DC linear signals, such as 0 to 20mA, 4 to 20mA, and voltage sources up to 10V. More than 10MΩ of resistance is present at the input for both the thermocouple and mV bands. The input scale can be configured within the range of -1999 to 9999. The device has a precision of approximately 14 bits and performs four samples per second. The input accuracy is ±0.1% of the range, which is equivalent to ±1 LSD. The output setup lets it do up to three things, such as control, alarms, retransmission, or providing power to a 24VDC transmitter. The front interface allows you to select between automatic and manual transfer without any complications. In Option Slot 1, there is a green upper and lower sign that is not installed. In Option Slot 2, there is a relay. The user interface has four buttons and two 13 mm and 10 mm high LED screens that can show different colors, like Red/Red and Green/Green.
