Danaher manufactures the P8101Z20000020 controller for industrial automation machines. It operates on a standard power supply of 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz and an optional power range of 22–65 VDC is also supported. This controller features programmable ramp for precise process control and it provides full PID control with both automatic/manual tuning modes.
The P8101Z20000020 controller allows easy switch setpoints using the provided digital input functions and it is equipped with two independent process alarms for high, low and deviation alerts. Its control modes include PID, on/off, heat/cool and manual operation. This controller offers a universal input for various sensor types and supports RTD input of 3-wire Pt100. The P810 controller reads DC current from 0 to 0.020 A and its DC voltage input ranges from 0 to 10 V. Its remote setpoint input accepts both current and voltage signals while its digital input manages setpoint switching and auto/manual control modes. The P810 controller has a fast sensor break detection of under 2 seconds and its input accuracy is maintained at ±0.1%. It supports a wide range of thermocouples, that includes L, K, N, R, S, T, B, C and J.
