The Danaher manufactures HZ40A60818 timer as a reliable industrial time control device. It is designed to manage machinery cycles, time processes in manufacturing lines and automate equipment in HVAC systems. This timer is equipped with a clear, calibrated time scale and 19 count setting knob that drives the setting pointer.
The HZ40A60818 timer requires a power source of 120 VAC with a frequency range of 50/60 Hz to operate and its contact points are made of copper that supports up to 15 A of load. It enables users to set time intervals from 0 to 400 cycles and it can be reset both manually and electrically to offer flexibility in different setups. This timer uses a 3 x SPST contact configuration for reliable switching and it is equipped with a clutch mechanism that is solenoid operated to engage gear assembly while closing/opening of 3 sets NO/NC terminals. Its front panel is rated NEMA 4X to ensure protection against dust and water. These features make it ideal for operations in harsh industrial settings with temperature up to 60 °C and its offers maximum count speed of 10 kHz. The HZ timer is designed for continuous and repetitive tasks due to its heavy-duty cast body, enclosed terminals and metal dial, when mounted properly inside protected panel.
