The HP56A616 is an electromechanical interval timer manufactured by Danaher for the Timers and Controllers series. It mounts behind a control panel and provides repeatable time delays that can start, stop, or interlock machinery without PLC logic. This operating method makes the timer suitable for conveyors, ovens, and other fixed-cycle equipment. Its panel-mounted design also keeps the timing mechanism accessible from the front while the electrical connections remain protected behind the panel.
This timer operates from a nominal supply of 120 VAC at 60 Hz. Its synchronous motor imposes a 2.45 VA burden, while the magnetic clutch requires 10.5 VA only during actuation.
