Normal line fluctuations are tolerated within +10/−15% of the rated voltage, preventing false trips during moderate sags or swells. The device withstands lightning-induced or switching transients of up to 600 V peak for 50 µs, protecting its internal circuitry from high-frequency spikes. It also tolerates vibration exposure of up to 2.5 G from 10 Hz through 100 Hz, permitting installation on moving machinery without timing drift.
