The BR19A610 is a surface-mount industrial timer produced by Danaher within the Timers and Controllers series. It provides adjustable delay functions that allow automated systems to synchronize motor starts, heater sequencing, or conveyor indexing with predictable accuracy. By controlling two independent Form C relays, the module fits cabinet layouts that need discrete on-off logic without a dedicated PLC. Its compact configuration also supports installation in control panels where space is limited and relay-based timing is preferred.
The unit operates from a single-phase supply of 120 VAC and supports line frequencies of 50/60 Hz, so it can be wired directly to compatible mains supplies. Its output relays can switch up to 10 A (1/4 HP) at 120/240 VAC, allowing direct control of contactors, small motors, or solenoid valves. For direct-current loads, the switching capacity reaches 0.5 A at 125 VDC, helping prevent arc damage in smaller DC circuits. The timing circuitry provides repeatability of ±0.75% of full scale, so subsequent cycles remain closely aligned with the selected knob setting.
