The A103-A17 Timer and Controller is developed by Danaher for easy integration into tight systems. It is used in timing applications that need reliable panel mounting.
The A103-A17 timer and controller gives a programmable interface for secure operation. It has start and stop input that use NPN or contact closure. A low input is less than 1.0 VDC while high is greater than 2.0 VDC. The maximum input voltage is 28 volts DC. A security input allows access to reset and programming functions. Remote reset is activated when a contact closes or an NPN signal is connected to common. It operates using single or dual 3V lithium batteries. One battery provides a five-year while two batteries provide 10 years’ service life. The Danaher timer and controller functions efficiently in isolated systems without line power. It uses a 12mm high Supertwist LCD for visual output. The screen supports seven-digit data and includes a low battery indicator. Time display supports formats in seconds, minutes, tenths of hours, and full hours. It includes a display format showing hours, minutes, and seconds. Backlighting needs voltage input between 10V and 28V DC. The controller connects using screw terminals for stable wiring. It mounts safely to the panel using the included gasket.
