Product Description:
The 0743885-211 made by Danaher is a high-speed electronic counter used in industrial settings where flexibility, accuracy, and great visibility are essential.
With a six-decade display, this unit employs bright 12.7 mm (0.5 inch) red LEDs, easy to read in low-light conditions or even when viewed at a distance. The unit is perfect on the factory floor, on control panels, or inside a machine enclosure. It provides a maximum count rate of 1500 counts per minute (25 Hz), hence the ability to monitor high-frequency input pulses, without losing the accuracy of counting. The unit has a specified input impedance of count impulse at 105-120 VAC or 210-250 VAC, providing accommodation to a lower and higher voltage system. This has a minimum on/off time of only 20 milliseconds and can achieve any duration of time-unlimited-thus being able to count with an irregular signal pattern with high accuracy. This device can be inputted with a range of 105-120 VAC and 210-250 VAC at 50/60 Hz and can be adjusted to different configurations. Its power consumption is only 1.5 watts, which makes it conducive to the overall system efficiency, making it consume less power.
Reset may be performed manually, through a side pushbutton, or remotely through a contact that accepts only 5 VDC, at 5 mA current. The remote reset contact has to remain closed for at least 100 milliseconds to operate correctly. The counter is wired together with 12-inch color-coded wire leads so that installation as well as identification of wiring is made easier. There is a wide range of operating temperatures available since it may be kept at -40°C or up to 74°C and runs between 0°C and 55°C. The frame is made of long-lasting zinc processed by diecast, and the covers are manufactured of aluminum- guaranteeing lifelong protection and mechanical stability.
