Product Description:
0125946-020 is a counter with ratchet drive mechanism. It is designed by Danaher Motion and belongs to the 1259 product line. Four different drive types are available for Danaher counter units, including ratchet, direct, revolution, and rotary ratchet. These differ in the number of counts added per shaft revolution or shaft arc rotation. Counters designed for different drive types support different count speeds and maximum shaft torque. Different counter modules are available for each drive type that differ in the direction of shaft rotation and the location of the shaft. The shaft on the 0125946-020 counter is located on the right side of the unit. Its direction of rotation is clockwise. The supported count speed is 1000 counts per minute. This ratchet drive counter adds one count when the shaft moves once through the 35 to 60 degree arc.
The counter shaft can work with maximum 2 oz-in torque. An internal return spring is installed on the counter. The count itself is displayed via 6 figures that are visible on the top side of the counter. Each figures measures 4.78 x 3.96 millimeters. The numbers on the figures are visible as white with a black background. Length of the 0125946-020 counter is 91.44 millimeters and it weighs approximately 255 grams. A manual reset knob is located on the side opposite the shaft. This knob can be turned to reset the count to 0. Holes on the base of the counter unit allow its secure installation. The sturdy construction and lack of requirement for lubrication allow use of the counter for a wide range of industrial applications. All its metal components are corrosion-resistant and a premium resin is used to make the non-metallic parts.
