0125936-015 is a 1259 series ratchet drive counter. It is designed by Danaher for general purpose applications. The counter increments the count for each actuation of the shaft through the 36 degree to 60 degree arc. Maximum travel for the shaft on the counter is limited. An internal return spring is a key part of the counter. The maximum allowable torque on the counter shaft is 2 oz-in. The shaft is mounted on the right side of the unit. Direction of the shaft rotation is counterclockwise. Depending on application requirements, operators can select counters with different drive types. Counters with direct drive increment the count by 10 for each shaft revolution. Counters with revolution drive increment the count by 1 for each shaft revolution.
Counters with rotary ratchet drive increment the count by 1 for shaft actuation through 40 to 66 degree arc. To reset the 0125936-015 counter, operators can use the knob that is provided on the side that is opposite to the shaft. The total count is display by six black-on-white figures.
