The 0125916-005 Ratchet Drive is manufactured by Danaher. The drive is designed for clockwise rotation with a left shaft. The ratchet drive is designed to provide precise count increments with each drive shaft actuation. The ratchet drive operates through a 36° to 60° arc, delivering an efficient internal return spring mechanism. It is suitable for applications in industrial automation and other precise counting systems.
The 0125916-005 Ratchet Drive includes six cumulative pictures (0.188” (4.78mm) high by 0.156” (3.96mm) wide) in the figures are white on a black background, so they can be clearly seen. Reset is manual, only requiring a knob to operate it. It does not require lubrication, which is required internally. The drive mounts to a base so it may be fairly well held. The case is made of Zamak, the wheels and pinions are made of acetal resin, and the shafts are chrome-plated steel rods with brass gears.
