The T022-0002 Module I/O board from Danaher is made to be used with automation systems that need the ability to receive and send both digital and analog signals. The board's strong connector options and opto-isolated connections ensure dependable signal interface, making it suitable for a variety of control and monitoring applications.
The T022-0002 module I/O board has 64 digital inputs and 64 digital outputs that operate at 28.8 Vdc and are opto-isolated. Input voltages between 5 and 24 Vdc are the maximum. Digital I/O connections on the board are made using conventional 25-pin "D" connectors. There are 16 differential inputs, 8 single-ended analog inputs, and 8 single-ended analog outputs in the analog domain. In addition to being able to handle addresses of up to 16 bits, the analogue component is capable of handling input and output voltages that are entirely separated within ±10V. The settling and slew times are 11µS. The 9-pin 'D' connectors, which come in a male and female variety, are used for analog connections. A maximum of 650mA at 3.3V and 200mA at 24V is reached by the board's current consumption for digital I/O, while analog I/O can use up to 120mA at ±15V. The 160 mm by 100 mm physical size makes them compatible with most common control panel formats.
