Product Description:
The Danaher PRD-0057IO0Z-00 is a strong and reliable SynqNet I/O module designed for industrial automation. Its DAFA FireWire I/O module and IP67 protection make it ideal for operation in extreme environmental conditions. This module has 32 opto-isolated digital inputs and 32 opto-isolated digital outputs, and it uses sinking/open-collector output configurations. The maximum current each output can support is 0.5 A, and it offers short-circuit protection for improved safety. SynqNet is a real-time Ethernet protocol for communication, ensuring sub-millisecond timing accuracy for communication between I/O and motion control. It is very simple to install and manage the module with the SynqNet WorkBench and Motion Architect software.
The device works with an operating voltage range of 120 and 240 VAC, thus making it compatible with standard industrial power supplies. Because of its wide voltage range, the module can operate in different applications without the need for additional power converters. With a 500 W power rating, the module is designed to handle multi-input and output connections simultaneously. With dimensions of 150 x 200 x 100 mm and a weight of only 2.5 kg, the module is compact and robust, which makes it possible to install the module in a small area.
The PRD-0057IO0Z-00 uses passive cooling technology, which is known as natural convection. The device does not include fans as well as extra moving mechanisms to cool down. The device cools itself by letting the air circulate naturally around it. As its design does not include fans, this technology is renowned for its low power consumption, and the fact that it has low maintenance is because there are no moving parts that would wear out.
