Product Description:

Danaher famous Synqnet Boards series also includes this new model PCX/DSP-400 engineered for modern motion control. Utilizing an analog device 40MHz DSP for processing of the signals quickly for real time performance. It can be integrated into legacy systems straight into an ISA bus slot. The device can support up to 8 axes of servo or stepper control to perform the management of the servo or stepper on multiple axes at the same time. It offers 16-bit servo since it produces high resolution control of motion applications.

The board type has a bandwidth of 5MHz that is compatible with high-speed sensors and its accepts encoder inputs. It lets us get 8 channels of 12-bits analog inputs to get accurate analog signals from a large variety of sensors. Up to 44 lines of user I/O are offered by it for its flexible interfacing of custom controls. It is programmed using MEI’s flexible C function libraries and its data can be varied dynamically. Over 250 motion control functions that are bundled to offer a comprehensive motion set for elaborate movement patterns. Because the project supports compilers from Microsoft, Borland, Watcom, Symantec, and others, this module provides a wide development compatibility.

The PCX/DSP-400 also supports RS-232 and RS-485 serial communication protocols which enable seamless integration with peripheral devices. It offers integrated diagnostic LED> indicators for real-time status monitoring which simplifies troubleshooting. The variant functions on a <<24V DC power supply which provides stable power in industrial environments. It also features a rugged aluminum heatsink for thermal management which maintains optimal operating temperatures during high-load conditions. This Synqnet Boards also includes an onboard USB port for firmware updates which streamlines maintenance and system enhancements.
