Product Description:
The 30049-00 is a control box interface circuit board from the Synqnet boards series developed by Danaher. It serves in powering a wide array of industrial and mobile electric systems including forklifts to cutting-edge automated vehicles. The 30049 control board bridges operator inputs from throttle potentiometers, direction switches and seat sensors to motor controllers in a safe, isolated and reliable manner.
The 30049-00 control board features signal conditioning using operational amplifiers and optocouplers to handle analog and digital inputs. It accommodates inputs up to 48V and provides protected, scaled signals to two motor controllers via high-density connectors (J1 and J2). The 30049 control board has a 10-pin terminal block (J4) for vehicle controls and the test points are placed across the board for maintenance. It has fuses and diodes installed for fault protection and voltage clamping. The 30049 control board is designed to offer compatibility with 2 kVA/1800W (model 30005) and 3 kVA/2700W (model 30006) systems. The 2 kVA/1800W variant includes 6 x 12V/9Ah internal batteries and supports an external rack for 12 x 12V/7Ah batteries while the 3 kVA/2700W version maintains the same internal setup but supports a larger external rack of 12 x 12V/9Ah batteries.
The 30049-00 control board is designed for 19-inch rack installations with a 2U height and to be installed within a chassis depth of 660 mm. It does not contain power storage or UPS circuitry but is intended to work alongside systems where regulated power and operational uptime matter. It supports up to nine external battery racks for extended runtime. The 30049 control board is operatable up to 80% RH and 0 to 40 °C temperature at 3300 ft altitude above sea level.
