The KT4020-00 is an AC frequency drive produced by Danaher for the NEXTDRIVE Frequency Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into a variable output that allows controllers to match induction motor speed to real-time load conditions on conveyors, pumps, or mixers used in automated plants. By varying voltage and frequency simultaneously, the unit reduces mechanical strain and improves process efficiency. The drive can support controlled acceleration and deceleration while adjusting motor operation to changing process demands.
The drive delivers a nominal output current of 20 A RMS, while its continuous output current reaches 24 A RMS, allowing the inverter to handle elevated demand without thermal derating.
