Product Description:
The NEXTDRIVE series of Danaher includes the KT3020P-10-GFAS as its Frequency Drive product. The drive functions for input voltage ranging from 3 x 230 V to 3 x 480 V. This drive includes auto-ranging for accommodating multiple input supply conditions in industrial automation tasks. The device requires a maximum of 32 ARMS of input current when it operates.
The KT3020P-10-GFAS frequency drive supports a flexible installation range from 50 Hz and 60 Hz for operation. The system outputs up to 400 V with a frequency limit of 3000 Hz. 120 percent continuous overload currents are possible without any time restrictions when using this drive. The system enables peak current loads of 150 percent through a temporary duration of one minute in each operational cycle. The Nominal output current has a value of 20 ARMS. The KT3020P-10-GFAS frequency drive maintains compatibility with all motors having up to 10 kilowatts power rating at 3 x 400 V. The unit comes with a 24V auxiliary power interface delivering 100mA output power. The short-circuit protection system of this equipment operates within circuit parameters of 5000 ARMS at 480 V. The drive requires input cables with a cross-sectional area of 6 mm² that corresponds to Class 10 AWG. The proper functioning of the equipment requires that only copper wires rated 75°C should be used.
This IP20 standalone design protects the KT3020P-10-GFAS frequency drive unit. The unit remains in the UL certification process for adherence assessment. A weight of 29 kilograms characterizes the unit for this specific model. The device supports communication through two serial interfaces RS232 and RS422. The PC560 control unit provided within the drive works as its system management component. The GFAS version of the equipment integrates feedback and control improvement characteristics within its design.
