Product Description:
The 11BRCX-300-P10/6 is a size 11 brushless Resolver that Danaher made to give accurate input on angular position. The resolver has a frameless design and a servo mount flange that makes it easy to integrate into small systems. The 11BRCX model is designed to work reliably in industrial automation systems and other situations that need to track the exact rotation of a shaft.
The 11BRCX-300-P10/6 resolver works with an input voltage of 1.88 Vrms ±5% and an excitation frequency of 2.25 kHz ±1%. The transformation ratio is 1.40 ±5%, and the incoming current stays between 6 and 9 mA. The resistance of the rotor is 14 ohms, and the resistance of the stator is 118 ohms, which is also 10%. The resolver causes a phase change of +2 degrees when the circuit is open and stops the null voltage at 25 mVrms at most, and the top speed is up to 10,000 RPM. The shaft has a maximum of 0.001 inch of horizontal and end play. The highest shaft runout (F.I.R.) is also kept at 0.001 inch. The resolver is made with two pairs of poles and a standard six-lead wiring layout that works with common resolver connections.
The 11BRCX-300-P10/6 resolver weighs about 115 grams and has an insulation resistance of 100 MΩ at 500 VDC. The resolver is supposed to work in temperatures between -55°C and +125°C. The resolver is built into servo systems that need stable electrical properties and consistent mechanical limits. The design makes sure that the resolver can work with complicated motion feedback loops that need to maintain accuracy and electricity balance. For reliable integration in spinning machinery, the resolver meets certain tolerances.
Frequently Asked Questions about 11BRCX-300-P10/6:
Q: Why does 11BRCX-300-P10/6 use two pole pairs?
A: Two pole pairs help generate a more accurate resolver signal. This improves angular resolution for precise position detection in control systems.
Q: Does 11BRCX-300-P10/6 support high-speed rotation?
A: Yes, it supports speeds up to 10,000 RPM. The frameless brushless design enables stable performance during high-speed shaft operations.
Q: Why does 11BRCX-300-P10/6 require 2.25 kHz excitation?
A: The 2.25 kHz frequency allows optimal magnetic coupling. It ensures accurate signal transformation between rotor and stator without excessive signal noise.
Q: Do 11BRCX-300-P10/6 runout specs improve accuracy?
A: Yes, 0.001 inch maximum runout ensures mechanical alignment. It minimizes signal distortion caused by shaft movement inconsistencies during operation.
Q: Why does 11BRCX-300-P10/6 use 6-lead wiring?
A: The 6-lead configuration provides independent stator connections. This allows differential signal outputs, which reduce noise and improve signal integrity.
