The HS35R1024H04001 is an incremental optical encoder used in industrial automation and belongs to Danaher's Dynapar Encoders line of products. The encoder shows utility in various precision applications because its encoder features a reading resolution scale from 1 to 1024 pulses per turn. In addition to its usual two-channel quadrature AB style, this encoder design offers Index (Z) and additional outputs to assist customers in fitting their chosen system demands and maintain perfect transfer of signals. For accurate reading results, the phase arrangement makes sure that Channel A moves ahead of Channel B in both clockwise and counterclockwise motion from the shaft perspective. The device generates equal output power at 90degrees and 180degrees electrical angles with phase accuracy between 22.5degrees and 18degrees. By receiving power from 5 to 26 VDC with 80 mA at most, it generates line driver and push-pull outputs at 100 mA and 40 mA respectively, with open collector at 40 mA peak.
The device provides several connection possibilities for different electronic systems thanks to its wide input power range. When operating in warmer temperature zones, the equipment maintains strong frequency responses between 100 kHz and 75 kHz to facilitate quick system activity.
