Product Description
The HS35R0360H341 Dynapar Encoder is an incremental optical encoder designed for precise motion control and Industrial automation applications. This device from Danaher supplies feedback accuracy through its capability to achieve resolutions at 20,000 pulses per revolution (PPR) levels. A durable form of 6061-T6 aluminum makes the encoder shaft withstand harsh environmental demands.
This HS35R0360H341 Dynapar encoder accepts bore diameters from 6mm to 28mm together with 1/4" to 1.25" sizes while maintaining electrical separation to stop interference. The mating shaft requires a length between 1.25" for minimum secure binding and extends up to 1.60" to achieve optimal connection. The IP64 enclosure level stands at minimum dust and water protection when operating speeds surpass 5,000 RPM. The device starts at 10.0 in-oz torque while maintaining a running torque at 5.0 in-oz torque at 25°C ambient temperature for operational efficiency. The encoder operates with high reliability because of its ABEC 1 bearings which minimize the overall friction. Powder-coated aluminum constitutes the housing and cover materials that protect against corrosion and wear damage. The encoder benefits from resistive disc materials which consist of aluminum and unbreakable plastic as core components that promote system durability. The typical weight measurement for this unit stands at 1.76 lb (28 oz).
During the operation of the 4469 line driver, the HS35R0360H341 Dynapar encoder functions within a temperature range between 0°C and +70°C. Running a conventional derating procedure of 10°C per 1,000 RPM above 3,000 RPM shaft speed helps maintain peak performance. Operation at +100°C is possible under these extended temperature conditions while the storage function remains fully operational between +100°C and -40°C. An important capability of this encoder is its ability to survive shock impacts reaching 400g during 6 milliseconds while resisting vibrations between 5 Hz and 3,000 Hz at a maximum acceleration of 20g.
