The model HS35R03006342 is a Sealed Hollowshaft Incremental Encoder manufactured for robust industrial use. It is designed to deliver accurate motion feedback in harsh environments. This Danaher HS35R03006342 sealed hollowshaft encoder supports a wide standard operating temperature range from – 40 °C to + 85 °C. For applications using a 4469 line driver, the operating range is 0 °C to + 70 °C. If shaft speed exceeds 3000 RPM, the temperature rating should be derated by 10 °C per additional 1000 RPM. It offers an extended temperature rating of – 40 °C to + 100 °C. Storage conditions are equally resilient with a safe range from – 40 °C to + 100 °C. The enclosure rating of this encoder is IP67 which changes to IP64 when shaft speed exceeds 5000 RPM. Shock resistance is rated at 400 g for 6 milliseconds and vibration resistance is from 5 to 3000 Hz at 20 g. This incremental encoder supports full 100 % humidity operation that ensures it performs in moisture heavy environments. This encoder is built for long term industrial deployment. It is well suited for high speed operations provided temperature derating guidelines are observed.
This HS35R03006342 sealed hollowshaft encoder features quadrature phasing of 90° ±15° electrical for resolutions up to 1200 PPR and 90° ±30° for resolutions above 1250 PPR. Mating connector options include 6, 7 and 10 pin MS connectors and 10 pin Bayonet styles. It is compatible with M12 cables (5 pin and 8 pin) under specific part numbers. These multiple connector options allow flexible integration into different control systems.
