The HS35R0060F300 Sealed Hollowshaft Encoder provides accurate feedback in rotary motion systems and is widely used in motor control and positioning applications. This encoder combines mechanical durability with electrical reliability. Its sealed hollowshaft construction enhances resistance to contaminants and mechanical stress.
This Danaher HS35R0060F300 sealed hollowshaft encoder provides a precise output with an index pulse occurring at 180° ± 18° electrical. The index is gated with channel B in the low state (B = Low) to ensure accurate alignment of the index pulse relative to the quadrature signals. This gating condition enhances signal integrity by synchronizing the index with a defined phase relationship. This encoder outputs square wave signals with rise and fall times <1 µs when driving a 1000 pF load capacitance. The fast edge transitions support high speed digital signal transmission with reduced propagation delay and minimal signal degradation due to capacitive loading. This Dynapar series encoder supports a maximum shaft speed of 3600 RPM. For continuous operation above 1800 RPM, thermal management must be addressed due to increased internal heat generation. Derating considerations include ambient temperature, duty cycle and enclosure constraints to prevent thermal overload and maintain performance specifications.
