The HA6251500061018 from the Dynapar Encoders series provides precise rotational data for various industrial applications as an incremental encoder.
This model includes 1 to 2540 pulses per revolution options to fulfill diverse motion control precision needs. The encoder has dual channel AB quadrature outputs and optional Z index signals for easy system compatibility and combination. The device enables Channel A to reach its target before B during clockwise shaft motion observed from the machine end to deliver precise readings about mechanical movement. The quadrature phasing remains within 90degrees of electrical phase while maintaining 180degrees ± 18degrees of symmetry for both signals. The encoder operates according to the specified 180degrees electrical index angle (with B at its low state). The square wave output exhibits fast transitions below one microsecond into a 1000 pF load, so users can rely on it for high-speed tasks. The encoder takes an input of up to 26 VDC at 80 mA power except for output loads. It offers three types of outputs, including Open Collector, Push-Pull, and Differential Line Driver for different connection needs.
In high-temperature environments, the index channel continues working above 75 kHz while the complete system operates at a basic 100 kHz.
