Product Description
Danaher's Dynapar Encoders family includes the H5610241243 encoder, which is a sophisticated incremental optical device designed for rigorous industrial uses.
This model's exceptional measurement quality allows it to attain locations with great precision between 8192 and 10,000 pulses per rotation. By offering complimentary outputs and an optional Index (Z), the encoder maintains accuracy at both quadrature (AB) signals. Its ±10.8degrees error rate per PPR measurement results in an accuracy of plus or minus 3.9 arc-seconds at the 10,000 PPR level. The gadget consistently maintains a measuring precision of ±14 arc-seconds at the 10,000 PPR level during all operations. By forcing Signal A to chase Signal B while preserving 90degrees ± 25degrees electrical phase discrepancies, the method guarantees counterclockwise shaft rotation. Although not for output loads, this device requires a push-pull maximum input power range of 10 to 30 VDC and a maximum current of 60 mA. With integrated short-circuit safety, the output current provides ±20 mA for the line driver and ±30 mA for the push-pull.
To meet the demands of rapid processing, line driver outputs retain 300 kHz operation while push-pull operates at more than 200 kHz. The encoder's robust shaft loading capability of 35 lbs radial and 24 lbs axial loads, along with its ability to handle a 3/8 inch shaft diameter and a maximum speed limit of 10,000 RPM, are among its key characteristics. This encoder variant, which weighs around 1.5 pounds, can withstand harsh temperatures between 0degrees C and 70degrees C when in action and between -25degrees C and 90degrees C when at rest. Due to its IP66 sealing, the gadget is protected from dust and can be safely handled in any condition. It can be purchased at Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty.
