Product Description
The Danaher 62-CCDF-1800-A0 encoder belongs to the Dynapar Encoders series. It is designed to meet top performance standards for motion sensing in various industries. It has a resolution of 1800 PPR but can be set within a range of 1-2540 PPR to meet the specific requirements of an application. This encoder has a maximum shaft speed of 5,000 RPM with resolutions over 1024 PPR, thus suitable for high-speed applications. It features an anodized aluminum outer casing along with a stainless-steel shaft which allows high levels of durability in unfavorable conditions.
This encoder is suitable to be attached to a wide range of equipment with shaft diameters of 10 mm, 1/4 inch, or 3/8 inch and can withstand about 40 lbs of radial/axial shaft load for high accuracy operations. It also has low starting torque (1.0 oz-in without a shaft seal and 2.0 oz-in with a shaft seal), making the operation smooth. This encoder works at 0 ~ 70 degrees C degrees temperature range while the maximum temperature is 85 degrees C degrees. The GP32 works across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for different conditions.
The 62-CCDF-1800-A0 encoder is available with various output forms such as 7273 Open Collector, 7272 Push-Pull, and 4469 Differential Line Driver and is designed for reverse polarity and short circuit protection. The board is supplied with a voltage of 5 VDC to 26 VDC and uses a maximum of 80 mA current. The encoder operates at a rate of 100 kHz, ensuring the fast and accurate transmission of data. This makes it a perfect fit for applications that demand great precision and reliability, for example in motion control, robotics and industrial automation.
