Product Description:

The 32006010X010 is an incremental encoder manufactured by Danaher. It is made to give accurate input on the position of the shaft through two-channel quadrature outputs. The encoder is housed in a 3D cube made of anodized metal that has threaded holes on the face for stable mounting.

The shaft width of the 32006010X010 incremental encoder is 3/8 inch, it has a single end, and it can go as fast as 6000 RPM. It can hold 40 pounds of radial load and 30 pounds of axial force. The largest torque it can handle is 2.5 oz-in, and its moment of inertia is 9.0 × 10⁻⁴ oz–in–sec². The case is made of anodized metal, and the whole thing can weigh up to 14 ounces. It is an incremental type of feedback, and there are 60 pulses per turn. The output of the encoder is an open collector, so there is no pull-up resistor. The voltage range for both the input and output is 5 to 26 VDC. The data that comes out is a two-channel quadrature with A and B signals. It can handle frequencies as low as 120 kHz and sends square waves into a 1000 pF load with a rise and fall time of less than 1 µs. Overvoltage, reverse voltage, and output short circuit protection are some of the electrical safety features.

For installation, the 32006010X010 incremental encoder comes with a 6-pin MS connection. It meets the EN50082-2 norms for heavy industrial noise immunity. The encoder can work in temperatures from 0°C to +70°C and be kept in temperatures from –40°C to +90°C. The product can be used in situations that need accurate position tracking and signal stability.
