Product Description:
The 112076-0010 is an application-specific feedback cable produced by Danaher within the Dynapar Encoder Cables series. It provides a fixed connection between an AI25 single-turn absolute encoder and a motion controller in industrial automation systems. The cable carries differential position data, power, and optional auxiliary signals for closed-loop speed regulation or indexing control. Its fixed installation format is intended for applications that require deterministic shaft feedback without continuous cable movement.
The cable uses a side-mounted gland on the encoder housing to route conductors without increasing the encoder’s axial length. The connector contains a keyed 19-pin insert that accommodates the signal and supply lines provided by the encoder. Separate conductors prevent signal sharing and help maintain the electrical characteristics of the feedback channels. A hermetically sealed female MS bayonet coupling secures the encoder connection against vibration and exposure to fluids commonly found around automated packaging and conveying equipment. At the opposite end, the stripped and tinned conductors are sized at 24 AWG, balancing current capacity with the flexibility needed for routing inside control enclosures. The jacket and shielding maintain electrical performance when the cable is installed in longer fixed runs that remain within the manufacturer’s recommended distance.
The encoder provides 13-bit resolution, and the cable carries the resulting position data to the motion controller. Crosstalk is limited through individual twisted pairs and an overall foil shield, which help protect low-level feedback signals from nearby motor and power wiring. The controller end is supplied with flying leads rather than a fixed plug, allowing the conductors to be crimped, soldered, or secured in screw terminals according to the control panel’s wiring arrangement. Stripped and tinned ends simplify connection to terminal blocks while preserving conductor integrity during installation. Shielding continuity and an accurate pinout support stable communication between the encoder and controller when several motion axes operate in the same enclosure.
