The Danaher 111752-0008 is a cable assembly from the Dynapar Encoder Cables series. It features a 23-pin encoder-side connector in a double row 2x2 mm housing and has flying lead connectors on the non-encoder end. The cable uses 26 AWG wire, supports shielded signal transmission, and is designed for temperatures from -40 C to +105 C.
Internal Product Review
The 111752-0008 is a Dynapar encoder cable assembly featuring a 23-pin encoder-side housing with a 2x2 mm double-row layout. Shielding and incremental signal support make the assembly especially appealing for clean, stable feedback transmission in motion-control systems. Flying leads on the non-encoder end simplify panel termination, a practical advantage for dependable encoder interfacing.

Product Description:
The 111752-0008 cable is produced by Danaher as part of the Dynapar Encoder Cables series. It is a preterminated feedback lead used to connect shaft encoders to motion controllers or inverters so that position and speed data can be transmitted without manual field wiring at the encoder. Within an automated machine, this dedicated harness simplifies encoder installation, maintains signal integrity, and provides an organized connection between the feedback device and control equipment. It is intended for motion axes in packaging machines, conveyors, and gantry systems where reliable signal transmission is critical.
The cable is supplied as a cable assembly, meaning its conductors, jacket, and connectors arrive as a single unit that can be routed directly from the encoder housing to the control equipment. On the device end, a 2x2 mm double-row housing with a 23-position contact pattern mates with compatible Dynapar incremental encoders, providing organized separation of power, A/B/Z channels, and reference lines. The opposite end terminates in flying leads, allowing each conductor to be crimped, soldered, or connected to drive and PLC screw terminals. The cable uses 26 AWG stranded copper conductors, balancing flexibility with acceptable voltage drop for low-level encoder signals. This arrangement also permits the free end to be adapted to control devices with different terminal layouts.
To minimize electromagnetic interference, the cable bundle includes an overall foil shield and drain wire marked SHLD. The shield should be connected to system ground at the controller to direct electrical noise away from sensitive differential channels. The conductors are assigned for incremental feedback, and the signal group is identified as INC. PVC insulation supports continuous operation at temperatures up to +105 °C, allowing the cable to be routed through warm motor compartments while maintaining electrical insulation. The material remains pliable at temperatures as low as -40 °C, reducing the risk of jacket cracking when the cable is routed through cold enclosures. Proper shield termination helps preserve clean encoder pulses near motors, inverters, and other sources of electrical interference.
